Ripcord 1.0b15 (Originally based on Basic Hotline Client)

This document is being retained solely to give credit to those who worked on the original BHC so long ago.
Ripcord has nothing in common with BHC anymore other than history. I have a fairly complete library of HL code
snippets I have gathered over the years. They are great ways to learn how to make your own bots and clients.

Ripcord is a New form of hotline client originally based upon the open source VB HL client a long, long time ago.
For update information, read the version history file.

***Docs coming soon*** (ya right)

Thanks to Kevin Pfohl for contributing the break_long and break_short methods,
which have been renamed to convert_long_string and convert_short_string. Also
thanks to Kevin for explaining how to determine packet sizes, and for the user list
class concept.

Thanks to Ryan Nielsen for HotlineX, which is where most of the header
information has been obtained from.
